We are accepting entries between 4 PM and 8 PM on Monday June 19 at the Conroe ISD Natatorium, which is located at 19133 David Memorial Drive, Shenandoah TX, 77385.  Here's a summary of what you'll need to bring:

• Swim-team.us entry file on a Flash Drive.
• Hard Copy Meet Entry Details created from Swim Team US is required to be turned in with the flash drive. This report should be sorted by name and the ‘show proof’ option should be checked.  (Sorted by Name and Including Proof of Times. Highlight the swimmers names and swims which are entering a bonus event using the 3 event bonus rule.)
• Team Summary Page (included in attached Meet Invitation)
• Any Team Spirit or Event Sponsors (see Meet Invite)
• Preorder for T-shirts (see Meet Invite)
• Payment – Check payable: Imperial Oaks Swim Team
