I will follow up with more details on the meet tomorrow afternoon (Thursday), but I wanted to send out this initial post to request assistance with filling open timers and officials spots. Meets of this size cannot be successful without the assistance of volunteers, and we would appreciate your help in ensuring we have enough. I have uploaded two documents to the website (links to the right) - a preliminary estimated timeline for Trinity for both Saturday and Sunday and a division of teams into small, medium and large for award purposes. On Saturday, all 10 and under swimmers compete in a single pool, on Sunday the 11 & ups are split into a boys pool and a girls pool. Please note that the timeline is an estimate only - swimmers should be present at the meet well in advance in case we are running ahead of schedule. Refer to the attached team division to verify the size that your team has been assigned. We are asking for timers from each team with more than 10 swimmers in accordance with team size - 2 from SMALL teams, 3 from MEDIUM teams, and 4 from LARGE teams.
